Bodybuilding can be a great way to help shape your body into a lean, mean, fighting machine. It can help you get healthy, as well as look and feel stronger. Bodybuilding should be done in moderation, and not over done. First, one must start small with free weights and then as you progress with your workout, increase the weight and move to machines. On the machines, do a few sets of low reps, but then increase the amount of reps, and then the weight. The amount of reps you do is the most important, not necessarily the weight since the amount of reps means that you use your muscles more often. Effective bodybuilding can really sculpt your body.
