I have always believed that when you do a job, you should always do it right and to the best of your abilities because that is your job and your contribution to the world.  If you do not feel  like doing it anymore, you better give it up and look for another one before you botch things up for and your self.  This is what I learned from Who Moved My Cheese?  That sure was a nice read and lots of  things that you can learn from.  So when you need to do your job right, you need to know what are the things that your are suppoed to do, so know your job decription. No matter how generic, like Nursing Job Descriptions,  because that would help you do your job and your tasks right.  That is the definition of your task.
