There was a time in the office when my officemate, Diane, asked me if I could give her ideas on any Organizational Chart Program since  she was supposed to improve the ones that we already have.  You see, Diane, is the Job Evaluation Officer so she is in charge of all the Organizational Charts of the company.  She had a new boss and the boss wanted something new.  So I helped her and together we did several samples of new org charts that she would present to her boss.  Since I left the company before her presentation, I did not know how it went.  I really hope it went really well for her.
