Here is a list of things you can incorporate into your life style to hopefully Lose some Stomach Fat.

Cardio exercise – running biking, rowing, climbing, anythign that gets and keeps your heart rate up for an extended amount of time.
Weight training – lift enough weight so that you can do 8-10 reps before your muscles begin to show signs of failure
Water – Drinking water will eliminate toxins from your body as well as trick it into thinking it’s full
Diet – Low carbs, high protein.  Eat 5-6 times per day smaller meals, to keep your metabolism going throughout the day.
