At my Southern California beach house, not only do I surf and wind sail, but I always have time to get off the beach and into my beach house and fix some gourmet delights. Among them are some of the finest pastas known to mankind and only I know how to make these mouth watering treats. One of my best kept secrets in my grater plate and how it helps with the most tedious chores. The grater plate is my best little buddy when it comes to garlic, onions and just about anything else for that matter. It’s always there and I don’t have to pay it overtime.
