The Easiest Seafood To Cook

October 30th, 2009 by admin

I love seafood. I love all types of seafood except for sushi. There is just something about the idea of raw fish that does not appeal to me. I usually don’t cook seafood at home. When I go out to eat, I often order seafood as I’m not the best cook and I find it easier to get a good seafood meal at a restaurant than try to cook one on my own. Sometimes I will go through my cookbooks or cooking magazines and try to find a recipe that I think is easy to make and foolproof. A few summers ago I found a shrimp recipe that was perfect for me. I find shrimp to be one of the easiest of seafoods to cook. It is realitively foolproof. The worst thing one can do is to overcook the shrimp. It doesn’t take much time to cook or it can also be easily purchased precooked. I love my shimp recipe and make it often. It resembles a shrimp scampi but is even more basic than that.
