They were woken by the sound of a vehicle crashing through their house. Worried about their girls downstairs, the couple ran into the bedroom, finding the car had slammed into the bunk bed and shoved it into the closet, cracking the walls around it. The parents were relieved when they remembered that their girls were with their grandma who was in town for the Christmas holidays. The couple remember the driver possibly intoxicated and mumbling “Don’t call the cops, I’ll fix it, I’ll pay for it…”
