Before I bought my home fitness equipment I shopped long and hard. I finally decided that a big fitness system or large quantity of free weights wasn’t what wanted. Instead I wanted to stay fit but with the least amount of required space. So I decided to purchase resistance bands. The set I ended up with? Bodylastics. A complete home gym that all fits nicely into a nylon bag.
