This is the seated chest presses. It is similar to the standard flat bench press. This machine is very beneficial as the weight does not bobble around during this motion. It is stabilized and thus works on the pectoral muscles. To do this exercise properly, grasp the handles and slowly extend the arms forward. Keep your elbows straight and then squeeze your chest muscles. You must not lock the elbows at height of extension. Let the weight pull the arms slowly towards the chest. When the hands stretch back to body plane, you must start the next re petition.
