My kids never had the best genes when it came to being well built. My husband and I are average size. My son however is scrawny and in junior high he always got picked on. As a parent I would do anything that could help him and his self image before high school. I started researching muscle building and found sean nalewanyj the truth about building muscle. I bought the book and read it to make sure there wasn’t any unnatural ways of building muscles, like steroids. It seemed like simple principles and better eating habits. I let him know about the book and he was thrilled to try. With in the summer he had gained 15 pounds in muscle. He had so much more confidence going into his freshman year of high school.
