Pritikin diet plan

The reduction of intake of fats (up to 10-30%) is well appreciated. With the fact that this plan had about 10% fat intake makes it go easy on a lot of people. So much for the plus points, but one major minus of a Pritikin Diet Plan is that it has a high percentage of carbohydrates in their diet. Having carbs as a part of your diet, especially in high quantities could have you put a lot of weight. Thus, this diet found use in very limited cases over a period of time.
