Lose the fat, build the muscle, and feel great!

George, my brother, was recently released from the hospital after having chest pains. Luckily, it was nothing serious, so he went home. He called me and told me he had a wake up call with this scare, and was going to make a concerted effort to lose weight, and work out enough to tone his muscle. His doctor told him about a book that had information about losing fat from the various parts of the body like how to lose man boobs, how to lose fat back, and the like. He also suggested that he take a supplement to flush his body of toxins before starting any new diet plan. My brother meant what he said, and after only 3 weeks, he has lost 15 pounds. I am happy he is getting healthy.
