I recently entered a drug treatment program. I started experimenting with drugs. I thought I would be able to quit any time I wanted to. I didn’t believe that I would become addicted. I thought I had my drug use under control. I was wrong. Although I knew what I was doing to my family members and friends, not to mention to myself and my body, I could not quit using. My family members and friends asked me to go to a treatment facility, and I did.
