Flat Stomach Exercise at the Gym

Since I go to the gym on a regular basis to exercise, I always make sure that I either start or finish my exercises with some abdominal workouts. There are a number of different flat stomach exercise routines that I do, and it really depends on what day it is as to when it will do them. While my cardio days, I usually exercise my core muscles before I get sweaty on the treadmill. Whenever I do my weight lifting, however, I make sure to finish up with my stomach exercises so that I do not tire my other muscles out before I work them.
