Eat too much, Drink too little

Why is it that we always over eat yet are nearly always under par of where we should be in terms of our daily water intake? Maybe if we had a glass or two or water with every meal we could help ourselves reach the eight glasses of water we need every day to keep healthly. Other ways to get your eight glasses include installing a home water cooler in the kitchen or outdoor area in your home, or perhaps you could carry around a 1.5L water bottle and keep it filled up throughout the day. We need to keep hydrated to keep healthy.
