Diet Programs With Proven Results

If I have to see another one of those ads for some acia diet program that Oprah endorsed (which she didn’t), I think I am going to go insane. The problem with fad diets, is that they may some initial weight loss, but they actually end up forcing your body to store more fat because you are really starving your body of essential nutrients. These diet programs feed upon our need for instant gratification, but can not produce results for extended periods of time (which is why they lose popularity as fast they started).
The only diet programs that really work are programs that change your eating habits and provide a balanced mix without starving your body.
