The Quickest Way to Improve Jumping Speed

August 10th, 2009 by admin

If you want to have a good basketball vertical jump, then you should improve your jumping speed whenever possible. Jumping speed helps you get there first in basketball. Whether “there” is the rim or the ball in the air, you will be the first. Whenever you are training for speed you want to move as quickly as you can through your workout. The faster you move, the faster your muscles will be tuned to move. If you really want to move faster, then add weighted vests to your exercise and move as fast as you can. Weighted vests will help because you will be able to move quickly with the vest on, but when you take it off you will feel light and be able to move extremely quickly.

Ten Years In The Making

August 7th, 2009 by admin

Ten years ago, if you’d had asked me if I would ever be into muscle building, I would have told you that you were crazy. I look back at myself then, and I am appalled at my lack of self interest and self respect. These days you will most likely find me in the gym or lifting weights on my home gym. Much to my own surprise, I love working out, and feel extremely depressed when I am away from my routine for more than a week. My life has changed dramatically in the last ten years, and I can almost guarantee that it is because of my decision to be more health conscious.

Don’t Tempt Fate

July 30th, 2009 by admin

I know it’s the middle of summer, but I’m starting to get geared up for winter.  I guess it’s the snow fanatic in me.  I can’t wait to start boarding again!  The top item on my list is replacing my snowboard bindings.  Mine were damaged in a wicked crash at the end of last season.   I was pretty lucky that the crash wasn’t worse, since I had the binding problems and everything.  I’ve known I needed to replace them but was putting it off.  I can’t put it off anymore!  I really need something quality this time around; I’m not about to tempt fate again!

The NHL At Home! Air Hockey Game Table

July 28th, 2009 by admin

They are making the mavens look good with their prophecies. And talking of preparations, the NHL is certainly an early champion of NBC being the Yank outlet for the Winter Olympic Games, of that the hockey contest is a major feature. The network is little doubt polishing its cast and crew for that coverage, too. Given what they have already shown, hockey fans in America will be scanning their lists for NBC versus any other available alternative, and sports fans usually will have no better chance to ultimately see why hockey is worth their attention. In the 1980 Winter Games, in Lake Calm, when the United States’s team of collegians startled the Russian juggernaut of executives in the Upset ever, broadcaster Al Michaels let out his famous,’Do you have a belief in miracles? Yes!’ It’s taken twenty-five years, but we are able to believe again. Only this time, it is the coverage. NBC has gone for hockey gold (make your own fun with an air hockey game table) and we are the winners.

Monster Amino Will Build You Up Fast!

July 20th, 2009 by admin

Back in college I used to lift weights, and it was so easy to build muscle mass. Now that I am a few years older, I have to work twice as hard to get the same results, and I have to work out every single day! I didn’t have time for that, so I started asking around at the gym to see what other guys were doing to get bigger. They all said that Monster Amino was a must if I wanted to increase my muscle mass, so I started taking it. That certainly did the trick, and now I am even bigger than I was in my younger days!

Probably the best golf GPS reviewed is the Sonocaddie V300 with a cute walking golfer icon and a full color 3D hole layout screen. The Garmin Golflogix goes for a somewhat lower price has less colorful graphics but is possible the more accurate GPS golf device. This device will hold 20 course maps.

Economically speaking the iGolf GPS Caddie gives you yardages and updates as your progress on the course in just the touch of a button for a very sensible price. Reviewers say just these features are enough to improve your game up to two strokes or more per game.If you want something more professional the uPro Golf GPS by Callaway Golf will give it to you with real aerial video shots of the game as your play it plus measurements of the perimeters of the rough places or hazards and three choices of view. Inexpensive Replica Wholesale Sunglasses

July 13th, 2009 by admin

Buying name brand designer sunglasses are for the wealthy fashion conscience individual. They are not for the lose a pair a week person. Most of my customers tend to fall into the latter category. They want to look nice, but do not want to spend a fortune on their sunglasses. That is the main reason why I started purchasing replica wholesale sunglasses. I can now sell sunglasses that look just like the real thing. My customers can have that designer look for a fraction of the cost. Because I buy them in bulk, I can price them at a low cost while maintaining a high profit level.

Some extra cash, the fun way

June 23rd, 2009 by admin

I am struggling for some good bowling tips.  I have been to almost every web site about bowling try to find every little nugget I can about bowling.  I am pretty good already, but I think if I got just a little better, I could make some real money at it.  There are tournaments help weekly at the alley by me, and the winner gets like a hundred bucks.  I could clean up.  There are some pretty good bowlers there, don’t get me wrong, but I think I am better.  With a little help, I would be a for sure lock every time!
