I have found a fitness class that everybody that wants to improve both their health and mental health should check out. There are five different sixty minute classed to choose from. Each class is led my two instructors, or drill sergeants that help you complete your mission. The Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp is by far the best class I have ever gone to. I was in pretty good shape before I started, but I have really increased my endurance and stamina. Best of all I’ve lost sixteen extra pounds over the last three months. I really been enjoying these classes.

We were only the 2nd day into our vacation and my wife suddenly got a serious toothache. As we were in a foreign town I didn’t really know where to take her so I was driving around trying to find the dentists in taupo. We managed to find it and fortunately they could fit her in for an urgent appointment. The poor thing ended up having to get a filling so she was not very happy for a little while. It did not ruin or vacation though, we still went and did all the fun things we wanted to do and see.

I’ve had different people tell me that being a worrier or an anxious person is a character trait.
They seem to believe it is “who” a person is or because they were raised that way that they need to accept the fact they will always be like that. “Can’t teach old dogs new tricks” mentality.
I beg to differ.
At the age of 45 (not THAT old I know) I am constantly working on my personal development and am being successful changing habit patterns that go back to my childhood.
Besides anxiety disorders and relentless fear according to the research I have seen largely stems from habitual thought patterns. Last time I checked we are all capable of changing our minds or thoughts if we want to bad enough.
An ebook a friend told me about and passed onto me to read provides 7 simple steps that if practiced on a regular basis will supposedly completely overcome fear in a person’s life. My friend told me it worked for him.

My parents just flew in from California. They are here to attend my sister’s wedding. My dad told me that he was able to smoke on the airplane. I asked him if he bribed the stewardess into getting him his own private area. He said no, he brought along his Electronic Cigarettes so that he could still enjoy smoking, but it wouldn’t bother anyone. I asked if I could try one, since I smoke too. He gave me one that had been charging for several hours and told me to hang onto it until it ran out of charge. It lasted a few days before I had to recharge it. It was OK, not sure I would switch from the traditional kind or not, though.

I work in a spa as a massage therapist, but I’m pretty tight with the skin care gals. They seems to get a very different clientele than I do, but there is a little bit of crossover. I try to make people feel good about their bodies, but the skin girls try to fix people’s bodies. It’s a very different philosophy. Fat and cellulite have always been a concern of their clients. The trend now is weigh loss wraps and creams. The newest cream they are using is LipoMax. They do a treatment in the spa and the clients do seems to tone a bit from the product.

I was only slightly irritated on Sunday night when my mother called me up on the telephone. It was 11 o’clock and I had already gone to bed. She told me that her air conditioner stopped working and she wasn’t sure who she should call. We live in Phoenix so this could be a potential problem for everyone. I felt kind of obligated to help her out because of the awesome Dermalogica Skin Care products she had gotten me only a couple weeks before.
