Managing our time effectively isn’t just about packing as much as possible into each day. Even if you get a lot done it really isn’t that beneficial if you are not doing the things that matter to you. Making the right choices about your time is the best way to achieve this. The best time management strategies to achieve this is to ask the right questions at the right times, and listen to the answers that come. You need to ask ‘powerful questions’ that will help you make the right decisions about your time. Examples of such questions are: What isn’t getting done that needs doing? And added to that, What will it take to get this done? What is my intention with this? What action do I feel inspired to take? Asking ‘powerful questions’ of this kind will help you make better choices when it comes to effective time management. These should tell you what is important for you and help you manage your time more effectively.
