Since we moved to this country from my homeland of Thailand, we have always wanted to have a family business. The family loves to cook, but I am the only one with any knowledge of business. I have found that there is not much room for error in food, and we would need a great plan. I plan to head to the library to research everything there is on how to start a restaurant business and perhaps that will give me some optimism for my family. I want them to be happy, but I want us to be successful as well.
