Motivating the Motivaters

When I got our quarterly sales numbers back, I was disappointed with what I saw. Our recruits were definitely sagging, and I could not attribute it to my staff. It had to be due to my lack of enthusiasm in the office. I ordered some recruiter training dvds for the staff and I to watch. It gave all of us some great ideas to help with keeping up morale, as well as some ways to make recruiting more competitive among the team. I am going to start offering incentives to keep things moving, and with all of us working together, I think we should all be fine.
