My company offered me the chance to go to six sigma certification training at their expense. I have just about completed half of the training already and love all the things I am learning. As soon and I complete the training and pass the written test I will be ready to supervise the first of two project I will need to fully qualify for the certification. I am sure the company already has a first project in mind for me. Once I have the certification I will be valuable to both my own company and to other companies that might try to steal me away.
