With most websites you have the option of having an email address that is attached to that website.  That is a great idea.  Even by having a simple email address that is attached to the website will be a place to field comments and questions.

You will find that many different webmaster resources will recommend that as well.  This can be a generic email that you can then forward requests and comments to the correct person.

This is a great way to be able to sort the information that is on the website.  By having one email address that someone is responsible for sorting is going to make sure that all of the questions are handled by the correct person.
