I use to work in the corporate real estate department of a major firm. We leased over 900 offices across the country and I could honestly say that the files were disorganized and there was probably not one file that had all the correct information in it. We recently had an internal audit of our files and realized that more than half of the spaces being leased were not up to code on business registration.
