Humans do have free will.  We may not be able to control the elements around us, like at a magic shop, but we absolutely control our reactions to the situations.  A naturally occurring event may force a decision or action, but our free will allows us to interpret and act on it as we see fit.  We are to be held responsible for such choices.  The natural world may not leave many physical options, but I argue that free will is more properly centered in the metaphysical world.  It is our thoughts and feelings on a subject that dictate choice.  We are morally responsible for what choice those thoughts lead us to choose.
